Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between Atelier N°24 / Pixinside SA and any person making a purchase on the website atelier-n24.ch.

1. Seller

Pixinside SA, represented by Jean-Daniel Kneubuhler
Chemin du Curson 12b, 1197 Prangins — Switzerland
Commercial register no.: CH-550.0.113.142-4
Operating the Atelier N°24 brand, a workshop based in Prangins.
Orders: atelier@numero24.ch — Publisher: info@atelier-n24.ch

2. Products

The pieces offered are one-of-a-kind, restored and reimagined by hand from vintage objects. Each piece retains its signs of use, its irregularities and its own character. The photographs are contractually binding as far as possible, but cannot commit the seller with regard to subtle variations inherent in handcrafted work.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including Swiss VAT (at the applicable rate, currently 8.1%). Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The order becomes binding once confirmed by e-mail and payment has been received. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order on legitimate grounds (item out of stock, payment irregularity, etc.).

5. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payment (only when collecting from the workshop)

For payments by bank transfer, the order is prepared once the funds have actually been received. Bank details are provided in the order confirmation.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland. International delivery may be arranged on a case-by-case basis; please contact us before ordering.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 working days after payment is confirmed. Collection from the Prangins workshop is possible by appointment, free of shipping charges.

Risk in the goods sold passes to the buyer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Any irregularity (damaged parcel, non-conforming contents) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Right of withdrawal

In line with standard commercial practice, and although Swiss law does not require it for distance selling, Atelier N°24 accepts the return of a piece within 14 days of receipt, provided it is returned in its original condition, complete and carefully packed. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The refund is made within 14 days of the piece being received and inspected.

Made-to-measure or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Warranty

The pieces are covered by the statutory warranty provided for in the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 et seq. CO). Given the vintage nature of the components, the warranty covers latent defects and failures of the new electronic components fitted (Bluetooth, LED bulbs, power supply, etc.) for 12 months. Signs of use, micro-chips and original irregularities do not constitute a defect.

9. After-sales service

In the event of a fault or problem, please contact us at atelier@numero24.ch. We always favour repair at the workshop.

10. Liability

The seller's liability shall not exceed the amount of the order concerned. The seller is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product.

11. Personal data

Data collected in connection with an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
